Increasing the level of special working capacity of athletes in ukrainian belt wrestling at the stage of preparation for main competitions

Increasing the popularity of national belt wrestling in world, gave impulse to revival historical, and cultural traditions countries where developing wrestling. It forces professionals field physical culture sports work on improving methodology training wrestling, increasing level development qualities, formation motor skills abilities inherent this type wrestling.
 Ukrainian was acknowledged as a sport Ukraine 2003, Federation Belt Wrestling has 14 regional centers that develop In 2020, an international federation founded, which included 15 states from different continents world began cultivate The aim study: increase special athletes prepare for at stage highest competitions.
 Research methods: theoretical (analysis scientific-methodical, normative-legal historical literature), empirical (pedagogical observation, testing skills, medical biological research methods), mathematical methods processing.
 Conclusions. Studies indicate positive effect regimens speed strength endurance body performance. VCL indicators experimental group increased by 13.7%, performance results were observed indicator characterizes technical readiness - throws, 22.5%, control 5.8%.
